Information on Sterling Silver TOP
Unless otherwise noted on the description; the silver parts of your jewelry will be a minimum of 92.5% - 99.9% Sterling Silver. Silver in its pure form will not tarnish but is too soft for use in jewelry and giftware. Sterling Silver will tarnish. This is not a defect but a result of a natural chemical process that occurs when sterling silver is exposed to chemicals in the air. Humid Environments will accelerate tarnishing.

Caring for Sterling Silver TOP
Preventative maintenance is the easiest way to keep your sterling silver looking great. Avoid exposing your sterling silver jewelry to direct sunlight, harsh chemicals like chlorine, cosmetics, hairspray, perfume, and perspiration. Keep covered in a jewelry case when not being used. Washing periodically with mild dish soap and warm water is a quick easy way to prevent tarnishing. Be sure to rinse well and dry completely with a soft cloth before storing. Frequent light polishing with a cloth designed for use on sterling silver will also help minimize tarnish.

We accept major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express via our secure server. For your convenience we also have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal where you may use your credit card or account for online ordering. Paypal also allows you to directly transfer from your bank account. You do NOT have to set up a Paypal account in order to take advantage of the benefits of using Paypal. There is no cost to use Paypal.

Please be aware that orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled after three hours.

Promotions, giveaways, and gift certificates are often orchestrated with the use of temporary discount codes for the purpose of promoting a brand, event, or other activity. Discount codes cannot be applied toward past purchases, combined, or transferred. It is often possible that a promotion will not fully disclose these limitations, or others, due to advertising protocols or restrictions beyond our control. Thus, for our protection we reserve the right to stipulate the application or deny the use of any discount code.

Sales Tax TOP
We are required to charge 8.25% sales tax for items shipped to Texas.

Out of Stock TOP
On the rare occasion that an item is not available due to backorders, design changes, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly notify you to discuss your preferences before processing your order.

Returns TOP

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases and will accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt, less shipping. Please allow 30 days for processing refunds.

Sale items, pre-orders, custom orders, and special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items shipped directly from the manufacturer are subject to the manufacturers policies. In the event of a manufacturer defect, please notify our store immediately so that we may assist you in exchanging the item. To return items please include the packing slip for reference purposes and ship to:

Returned items must be unworn with original packaging included. Please package items carefully as we cannot issue refunds for items damaged in transit. We reserve the right to refuse items if returned in condition other than that outlined.

If you prefer an exchange; please be aware that the new item will not be shipped or removed from inventory until your return is received. In order to ensure that you receive your desired item we suggest that you place a new order and return the original item for credit back to your account. This ensures the availability of your exchange due to the fact that we cannot “hold” items in anticipation of your return.

In the case of exchanges, re-shipping charges will be billed to the original payment method on file.

Exchanges are processed within 14 days of our receipt of the item(s). If the item you have requested for your exchange is no longer available, a credit will be issued to the original payment method on file.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you purchased or received an item that was shipped free of charge this amount will be deducted from your refund or credit.

Refunds can only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. We will be happy to issue a store credit if you prefer. We will process all returns and credits immediately, less original shipping fees. Please note that it can take up to 60 days for a credit to actually appear on your credit card statement.
